Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 "Data protection code"

Personal data included in the request for information and / or quotation forms will be processed by Phi Consulting srl using electronic and manual instruments in compliance with the Code and the current Privacy Policy provisions.
The data provided will be processed with the aim to offer information to the users, or for customized offers.
The user may at any time exercise its rights under art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the data protection Code, in particular: the right of access your personal data, requesting amendments, updating, and removal if incomplete, incorrect, or collected in violation of current legislation, as well as to oppose data processing for legitimate reasons. Any refusal to provide personal data and / or to authorize the processing thereof will result in the impossibility of executing the request.
Any personal data collected will in no case be disseminated or sold to third parties. However, for the aforementioned purposes, said data may be communicated to companies and/or collaborators for the performance of administrative services employed to fulfil legal or contractual obligations. These parties will be appointed and trained as needed. The data collected may not be used for any other purpose other than those mentioned above and will be retained only for the period of time necessary for performance of the aforementioned tasks.
After this deadline, the data will be removed. For details on purchases and services, the retention times will not exceed those established by current legislation.
